Client: 2021 KJ Dance Giving Gala Concert
Venue: Allen ISD Performing Arts Center
The KJ Dance Giving Gala is an annual fundraising event for the dance company. The livestream helped in the fundraising efforts in two ways; access to the livestream was sold along with in-person tickets, and the recording was available for purchase at a later date.
We placed six cameras for this project, three of which were manned with camera operators. Dance is different from many other performing arts genres in that it is necessary to see the dancer’s full body. For that reason five of the six cameras provided wide to medium shots, placed strategically for outstanding aesthetic.
